1. Located in city which is good for daily commute and work life balance 2. Job security 3. Good facilities (but limited access) 4. Good colleagues

1. Good facilities but with limited access 2. System not transparent (from HR division to synthetic division) 3. Low salaries 4. Daily routine kind of challenges and work. No much scope to learn new things.
