I have joinned as fresher, initially I was scared about my work, but spotivity and job environment made me confident and I have completed 1 year 5 months successfully with satisfied work and developed my skills. Thank you aragen for giving me this opportunity to enhance my skills.

Dislikes

There no anything to dislike here, one think everytime regret me there is no limited working hours many times me and team work for 10 hours per day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
