The work culture and the individuals you interact and work with at the organization are just amazing. Working skills was good, handling of mg to hr scale nd any pyrophoric reagents and seniors was good learning excellent work experience for good skills,any dout for explained.

Lab atmosphere for not good in that of fume hoods and blowers some times not working..my suggestion was fume hoods was modified

They will not provide proper infrastructure in the chemistry labs. Too much crowd in the chemistry labs and too crowded labs are leads to less coordination between the scientists....they should provide proper workplace to everyone to work in the safe environment.
