Company is good and work culture is good. No pressure in work until machine running. As usual in every paper Manufacturing company.

Company is good, but the new management is worst from 2022. No increment last Three years and no promotion for Tecnician. You will get promoted only when you completed 25years

I have really enjoyed in Arab Paper Mfg. Co. and I have learned more during the job about work. There is a job security, career growth, every year increment and bonus.

Dislikes

The most problem was purchase order processing was very lengthy. If end user needs urgently even I have to go through same as usual.
