no pros at aquil media. this company is good only for freshers.

aquil media is a very small company. they have lot of issues related project management, team management, no HR policies are there. most important, don't join aquil media or aquil tech labs without offer letter. they say to give an offer letter on the joining day but there are some terms you don't like to sign but you will have leftyour past organization, you will have to sign that letter so don't join this company without offer letter. There is no any senior developer. few developers are there but they have a lot lack of knowledge in skills. No saturday off, no proper work environment and lot of time, you will have to work late at night even on sunday too and office gossips are a lot. No appreciation for hard working employees due to office politics. due to lack in technical knowledge, they expect to deliver 1 month project in 10 days so employees always frustrates due to heavy work load. how much you work hard is not important here. at the time of increment, you will get increment only 5000 every year....Read More
