The management is terrible, there is shortage of staff, all the work is dumped on the newcomers. They expect you to work unconventional hours without giving you any benefit, the management is unhappy when you leave at your end of working time, they expect you to work more hours even after your working hours are over, the meetings are always at the end of your working hour never in the working hours, whatever they say in the interview never applies and when you start working they will start telling you to do multiple tasks one after another it's like a never ending cycle, you will get burned out. Even if you keep doing your best at the end the attitude of the management is that the employees don't work, during meetings the management will tell that you are not working, even though you are doing multiple jobs which in other companies would need more people for the respective jobs. The higher ups will call you whenever they want to do the minor minute jobs like getting the car key, printing the document, turning off the fan, picking up the cello tapes from the floor,etc which mind you they can do well themselves, all the well knowing that you already have more things to do on your plate, and they always give deadlines. Work life balance is zero, the attitude towards the employees are like slave and master. With the amount of work the pay is far less and they also expect the employees to do a ton of make up, wear perfumes and buy expensive bags for work and with that payment lol.
