Likes

Teammates are very good, helpful and technically strong. Good company for learning.

Dislikes

Financial growth is very poor. HR policies are not employee friendly. HR People are unprofessional. They will unnecessarily torture employees who are leaving the organisation.

Team mates are helpful. Politics is minimum. Job security is good. Work environment is happy go lucky. Work life balance. 9 to 6 enjoy.

Dislikes

Salary & increments are minimum. Increments are not timely. No incentives. Efforts are not converted in monetary benefits. Management lacks project planning skills.

Work Details

Mostly Boring & routine work.Nothing fancy.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
