Average Work culture and excellent job security at Aquatech. For work-life balance Aquatech is one of the best companies, No pressure at all. Company policies are somehow outdated and high time to upgrade it. Company policies should percolate from top to set example for junior most empl oyees. Dislikes

Company work with very traditional approach and it’s hampered it’s own growth. Lack of ‘Out of the Box thinking’, which makes Sales job very very difficult. Decision making is very slow.
