The purchase head is a puppet and have no rights to negotiation/s. Executives are doing mere a comparative and can be considered clerk. They usually trap to those who don't have job in hand and do bond deductions from your salary which is horrible thing. Don't think of running a family if you are working here. Bakwas log.. no Saturday offs. Cheapsters

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
