Same there is some politics and salary is decent but career growth is average there is bond for 2.5 but actual bond is 3 year which i cannot resign in same time

Worst HR Team and worst HR Policies. HR Team don't know how how to take care of employees. We have to remind HR Team to perform their task. Trail mails remain unanswered. No professional approach. No co-ordination between HR and business Team. Cheap politics throughout organization. Your efforts will be recognized only if you have good relationship with Manager. No matter what quality of work you provide. You will get good and on time promotion only if you are close to manager. Most imp. Thing when it is time to pay, their behaviour and Policies changes person to person<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you are getting revised salary your performance appraisal date will get delayed</mark>. And even on that appraisal date it will not happen. E.g. in offer letter your appraisal date is 01 JULY 2021, and you get revised offer letter your appraisal date will change to 01 Oct 2021. HR Team will not start your appraisal process by 01 Oct 2021 which will lead to appraisal near around December. After getting appraisal your next appraisal cycle will change to March 2023 instead of October 2022. As soon as you resign, company's behavior will change for you. Exit formalities are worst.
