Flexible timing as long as work is going well. Breaks can be taken when needed. Salary growth upto 30k for freshers in short time work based (Not skills)

No benefits at all No proper management. No guides or procedure will be followed by management regarding salary or workflow. Theyll make and beak on their wish. Salary dates are not fixed. No qualified people for the job. No training what so ever. Employee satisfaction is not a deal for this company. Long and unplanned working hours. Leaves have to be informed 14 days before even emergency leaves. No travel allowances only food and travel fare is born by company. Skills cannot be devloped and those got were not useful any where except design upto some extent. Sunday working compulsory atleast once every month due to no proper planning.
