Feeling free to work in that company except operation team. Team mates are also very good. Nagercoil cluster manager also very motivated and friendly person.

Operation team having pressure from the branch side and also from HO.

I have done my job as senior Credit Officer for 13 months. For career growth only, I resigned my job otherwise it's a good job. They also gave high salary for operation team and incentives for sales and Collection team.

In Aptus easily process the loans at branch end. TAT is maintained less 5 days for business verification to date of sanction loan. Fast sevice to customer in all aspects. Customer very statisfied with us.

Leaves cannot taken morethan one day except ill health of employee.
