Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to manage all the store activities and staffing. Senior managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do receive appriciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. There is no guidance by seniors,which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire store and sales target meetings, manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a marketers gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.

I have worked as a service technician in Aptronix is a worst place to work. No training will be given to employee and no one cares about employees if they struck with any problem. Very less salary. No genuine repairs or replacement of iPhones or iPads.sal
