There is nothing good about working in aptronix.
Dislikes
The worst management. No appreciation and recognition. They act like giving promotion and later starts to pull down as they have to give a hike if they stopped pointing out. Headless CEO don't even try to think about employees. Many politics happen internally between higher officials. Maintaining a healthy relationship with them comes first and later talent and skills are given priority. No work life balance is there in organization. All time employees are forced to work. No good leave policy. All the hardwork of small position employees go unrecognized at the time of appraisal. Where highers earn 12L per annum just for making some bad jokes in the name of maintaining healthy relationship with employees. Innocent people get terminated in the benefit of doubt even they do nothing while torch bearers for fraud are still in the organization. Many employees don't work there for more than a year or two. Work there only if you want to gain sone experience otherwise I suggest please dont as you will feel like you are living in office and visiting home just to have some sleep.
