Work culture and learning opportunities used to the positives but not anymore

No job security. Work from home only for selective few whom the company considers as valuable assets. Very few learning opportunities. Many with strong technical expertise have left aptiv. In their place interns are getting hired. Year after year, company says the same story to deny appraisal even to deserving candidates

If escalate your problem to top level people they did't take any action. daily i have lot of disappointment with their behavior. My advise never choose this company.

However the HR team later disappeared and when I followed up , I was informed that they have closed the position with another candidate.
