worst department culture. Even Top level people also do like this. North Indian people too dominate tamil people. Never encourage your idea. If escalate your problem to top level people they did't take any action. daily i have lot of disappointment with their behavior. My advise never choose this company.

I was offered a job at Aptiv and we even discussed the joining date and package. However the HR team later disappeared and when I followed up , I was informed that they have closed the position with another candidate.
