Work culture and learning opportunities used to the positives but not anymore

Dislikes

No job security. Work from home only for selective few whom the company considers as valuable assets. Very few learning opportunities. Many with strong technical expertise have left aptiv. In their place interns are getting hired. Year after year, company says the same story to deny appraisal even to deserving candidates

I was offered a job at Aptiv and we even discussed the joining date and package. However the HR team later disappeared and when I followed up , I was informed that they have closed the position with another candidate. Good learning, keep in changing the priorities depending on the manager and client

Keeping in changing the priorities, from morning to evening it will change the priorities. Depending on the project or manager needs to understand the what is working the team and modules involved in the project
