1. Skill development and learning experience was great in aptiv but that too in peer pressure. 2. My team colleagues and manager were very helpful. 3. Managers will take your side if you gets in trouble in some cases. 4. Seniors will help new joiner. 5. You will get leave whenever you want but its depends on task and manager.

Dislikes

1. You have to work on Weekend🥲, if you are offline then you might get call from manager for support. In my case i worked almost complete month without any Weekends off. 2. No Team building fun activities at all when i was employee for 2yrs. only just you have to worked. 3. No team outing, they will give Covid excuses whereas other companies started team outing. 4. In some projects due to negligence you will get too much workload at 11th hour and which will effect your work life, it means sometimes you have to skip lunch or dinner. 5. Worklife balance is not at all balance what i experience. 6. Dont expect any reward if you solve customer critical problems only you can expect big Thank you 😅. 7. No free canteen facility as other competitors providing. 8. Work from home essentials is not provided for all employees. 9. Lack resources and because of this you might get multiple projects task which leads to work overtime. 10. No perks for overtime. 11.
