Job security, Their Compensation like Meal voucher, Petrol bill, uniform bills for tax saving is really good.

Company is specific region oriented if you belong to that place you can blindly join this company because you will get 20 to 21% hike and onsite opportunity even if you are not capable. And you will have work life balance because other people will do your work. And also 100% work from home for that specific region people. I have no issue with that region people even some of them are my good friends but when manager does the partiality for hike and onsite opportunity then you will feel left-out. Like you forced to work from office even in pandemic and they can enjoy 2 years work from Home....Read More
