I had worked with aptech before last 2.5 years ago for 2 year approx Aptech computer academy was in indore dewas naka, i started my career with aptech Two type of prodect there Aptech computer academy Aptech aviation academy My overall experience is good there Now i want to connect with the good brand like aptech

Actually team members are not good there And the technical director is not good also I left aptech because of some salary issues

My Boss not approved Allowances on time for entire 8 months. Not even a single rupee received as Allowances from company. I spent 5k average every month but not even a single rupee approved by my Lady Boss.

You can not add your valuable insights even managers don't ask for it they want to run their business in their own ways don't have new techniques and software to cater business requirements Middle level management is not good they are not well versed. Learning is not there in the organization.

Upper management No personal life No appraisals It is permanent work from office but then too we have to carry laptops back and forth to home and office and if ask to work from home for emergency they will not allow but will give extra work to do from home on weekends

One area that could improve is communication between departments. Sometimes, information doesn’t flow as smoothly as it could, which can lead to delays or confusion on certain projects and thus it cause of some unsuccessful delivery.

Team manager was amazing but the teammate turned out to be useless providing no support at all. Also she created a very toxic work environment.
