I like working in this department. I pre-edit the different journals. do XML coding. Apart from that whoever person is willing to learn and do more like page make up etc, can easily ask for technical training. there are morning and evening and night shifts. You can even aks for your preferred shifts. One can take leaves stating thereason. Seniors understand. also in case if your particular department is closed or run out of business, you won't be fired. Instead you will be trained and made suitable for any other department. There are variety of food stalls for breakfat, lunch and dinner....Read More

Dislikes

Only disadvantage is - no satisfactory increment. only 10 percent, or less. Also no really exciting gifts from company. :(
