Lack of Growth Opportunities: Professional development and career growth are almost nonexistent here. The company doesn't offers any training or chances for advancement. Unrealistic Deadlines: The company sets unrealistic project deadlines, putting unnecessary pressure on employees. Honestly, there is nothing to like about the company.

They dont pay the salary for 3-4 months, terrible management that micromanages everything, the management has no idea what they are doing and just favour the employees that are related to them, the HR is even worse. They hire people by giving fake promises. Employees have zero work-life balance. They make you work even after office hours and even on the weekends
