WORST Increment cycle delayed by 6-7 months, No cab facilities for second shift employee. No lunch and dinner for employees. Lack of training and skill development. No ventilations in working rooms .

Didn't like thing is that, salary increament has different zone and get implementation after 3 4 months and yearly bonus has different time zone. Need to organise it.

no food, no transport, HR department is horrible absolutely no support and irresponsible, company has good potential to grow but because of improper management unable to grow with pase. minimum one week required to get login id, also at least two months required to get printed id card, no internet facility on desk.
