After 2019, new owners are impulsive decision makers with hire & fire policy. Now company has lost focus in defense & aerospace domain. Played vital role in development of various projects in air defense application including mission critical firmware for 2 projects resolving major problem in 3 days & minor problems in few hours 2 times in row. Repairing of old & new interface box,reducing electronic waste encouraging lean manufacturing. Bring out old testers of western aircraft to get new work. able to be get work from defense company & overseas. Finally demanded increment in salary & elevation in post. But left due to their impulsive decision....Read More
