1. Salary on time - At the end of every month. 2. Quarterly Appraisal - You are rated on predefined KPIs and generally employees get appraisal but mostly SP/SP+, hard to get LP/EP. It completely depends on your relationship with your project manager. 3. Colleagues - This is the best part I made some amazing friends and the seniors were supportive and provided a lot of guidance. 4. Work culture - Ok to good (a lot depends on the project you are working on, some projects are quite badly managed thus if you are assigned to that project then good luck, otherwise it's OK, some politics which happen in every company ) **IMPORTANT** - work culture of business team and tech is quite different, I was in business team which had more happy people than tech team who were always complaining as were put on technologies they were unaware of and were not provided proper training. Overall it's mid-stage startup, you will need to figure out a lot of things on your own and work harder than in MNC. You will get a lot to learn and if you can manage client interactions and the stress that comes with handling the tech team you can work here. Remember to have a good relationship with your manager. 1. Bond - As there is no formal training provided thus there should be no reason for a bond. KT and shadowing of senior BA is provided for 2 weeks which is good. (Note to management- this is not training) 2. Unstructured processes and procedures for employees to conduct day-to-day activities. They use Whatsapp as means of all communication which is quite unprofessional. 3. High expectations - you need to figure out things on your own and at times work after hours to complete pending tasks. 4. 1. No work life balance. Seniors need training how to mentor. Being senior doesn't mean you know how to mentor. 2. Humiliating enviromnent. Any senior can shout on you even it can be handled very normally. 3. Its a School. People over here are of very low mindset. Specially Project Manager, she still behave as she is in school. All she know yelling, making unnecessary chaos, blame game. (Grow Up) 4. There favorite word is PRIORITY. There is no system how a work should define. They have tools just for the name so one could point out. In the end its all mess. 5. Day/Night anytime you can get a call. Either its 11pm or 12am. They dont care. They don't have sense of boundaries. They say, "blah blah" but the real truth is everthing is just talks. 6. They use Whatsapp. Personal and professional gets so mixed up. If somehow you miss a message on whatsapp, they will call you and say, "Why are you not checking Whatsapp?". (How mature) 7. Seniors are so overloaded with work, you won't get to learn anything. If somehow you do mistake, get ready for scolding. Its really a school. 8. Seniors are weak. They are also frustated with this working environment but can't do anything as upper management is very rigid. Overall my experience was worst. I dont recommend anyone to join this company. Even all 5 start rating you see over here and on Glassdoor are added by Company's existing employees only so that overall rating could go up.
