Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. I was there for about one year teammates were cooperative. I have learnt many more things there.working environment was average. There people alwys work for new innovations

The company is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is high. Sometimes i have to attend the other works of other departments too. Due to lack of employees.

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challanging. For the whole i had to deal with people working at and the clients sometimes i would beacome hactic . But over all i would say that it was a great learning experience

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
