Liked almost NOTHING about my 2 years+ stint there, the surrounding area is good though, so if one wants to stretch their legs during lunch, there are lots of great places to eat nearby.

Dislikes

- It's not-an-upto-mark (to be polite) workplace full of level-ism, hypocrisy and work politics, with added bonus of no career growth and no work life balance. - Firstly, If you are L3 (the lowest grade here) you are treated like dirt. - There are no policies or checks upons managers and senior managers. HR doesn't act on feedback given directly or through anonymous feedback mechanisms. Instead these people are promoted (these managers keep growing stepping on the reportees) for A). Delegating all their work to juniors who can get the job done (no work management or support), B). Give false hopes and fake timelines of promotion to these same people to make them stay back, C). Put the work done by others in their favourite's kitty and promote and give very good hikes to the people they like, D). For collating and giving callouts in WBR - There is no transparency on decisions, although it's obvious to everyone it's plain partiality, so no explanations required. - There will level after level after level and fancy designation (which do not exist on paper) in a team which is basically doing mass onboarding. - There is no career growth offered unless you are sycophant. Similarly, these sycophants will get away with any number of mistakes and not doing any real work (just show off). - Manager barely connect unless they have some work of their own to pass on to you. Not even a decent yearly appraisal. - There is a lot of work (most of it menial), much follow up and low work-life balance. - Pay is also not that great. - Training for new joinees is not decent. - No culture, no activities, just work and work like cogs in a wheel....Read More

There is no work life balance, and the training is on-the-job, one has to beg old timers (literally, as everyone is running after their own goals) to learn the processes.
