Work life balance is good at teaching level as it's an educational institute naturally doesn't have long working hours

Exploitation of employees in all possible ways. For eg. Reporting to multiple HODs and working outside your job role, defaming and accusing employees to create pressure on them, read the offer letter carefully, it has terms and conditions that might get u in trouble later. Not a company for freshers, Very confusing work environment, no clarity of work, poor management, stuck in the 90s work culture era, one sided, No sense of adaptability of new technologies and mindset, Poor infrastructure, poor IT infrastructure, they can put you on random depts whether it comes under your skill-set or not due to some illogical office poltics.
