It was a really worst experience of working with ATDC team. It is running by just a few team member who are always biased to their own requirements. The infrastructure provided to state branches is very painful, least bothered to provide basic necessity to the students such as chairs, white boards, working computers and other technical equipment. Not a company for freshers, Very confusing work environment, no clarity of work, poor management, stuck in the 90s work culture era, one sided, No sense of adaptability of new technologies and mindset, Poor infrastructure, poor IT infrastructure, they can put you on random depts whether it comes under your skill-set or not due to some illogical office poltics.
