It's an instant gratification kind of world. Many people get offended by the what's app culture of the heads of the department. My only submission here is that we are all working for the good of the organisation and must stick to that and not settle scores on what's app. If anything is wrong it should not be displayed on what's app f or everybody to see and make fun off but it should be addressed to the one who is responsible and its his responsibility to correct it. People take sadistic pleasure in this. This needs to be improved and it will certainly make it a more beautiful place to work with....Read More

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job. I Got A chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
