At start i enjoyed working here. As per employee learning and development program it's a good company. Employee policy are transparent and give good wages

Dislikes

No work life balance, no time for personal life, you need to work during Sunday, public holidays and even when you are on your sick/personal leaves. No wages for working additional hours. Late night office sitting. Unnecessary pressure, manager steal the credit of subordinates efforts and hardwork. HR department is nothing but puppet. No employee issue redressal forum. ABU manager ask to do personal stuff in order to get good appraisal. Specially Gujarat local management is pathetic. For gujarat it's a big No for other states definitely you can join this good company....Read More

Work Details

No work life balance you have to work during Sunday and public holidays and even sick leaves. Sitting in office till 10:30pm.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
