No salary increment for apprentice trainees after one year. No one is theie to promote trainees. I have been working as a trainee engineer for the past two years. I didnt got any salary hike. Also they wont make experienced trainees permanent. Please admit trainees in permanent posts if they have good skills. No one is there to see our hardwork and efficiency.

I learned a lot basically...but there is no salary hike and no option for a permanent even if the trainees have good experience and skills.

Security is not up to the level for girls and we don't have time for ourselves while we were working there. And the work pressure is very high. The company only focused on the tamil folks working there. And people from other states who doesn't know tamil were treated like hell.
