Nothing is there to like about working, Apollo tele health corporate office don't know what is exactly retail operations management and sales business they started a store's in hospitals and Apollo clinica by name infinite which sales a eye glasses, but don't know the business strategy

Worst organisation worst management, I joined as Area sales manager in retail where I have a 12 years experience in retail 3 years experience in lencart so my profile matched in Apollo tele health optical stores by name infinite, got selected they dint even gave me time to do a notice period in lenscart they asked me to join immediate as I joined immediate with 10 days of notice period wr i lost my salary of Rs 37000 in lenscart , within a 6 months without a any reason RSM ask me to resign and he forced me to resign, where there no reason, and i did many implements which they don't know about the lens prices or repairs, they were making a lens in local market with low price low quality which is not good, i arranged a meeting with essilor lens buyers to get accurate power lens and get business so that customers feel happy with the product. And I worked on Sundays also in camps in Gachibowli madhapur area society like my home bhuja like big apartments, company don't have a optometrist to do the eye checkup in camps, so cald my old staff from lenscart to do the camp, RSM told me that they will pay a Rs 2000 each optometrist who came for camp it's very risky for me to get staff and to do the business i should get them in my own car which company as never paid me a full money which I claimed, they gave Rs 3/km, for fuel remaining money i used from my pocket petrol price is Rs 109 they utilise me they took all the data which I learnt from lenscart I made one pdf of lens so that new employee can learn, and finally no one asked me anyone from HR department or senior managers why did I resigned the job because they all are together lots of politics, finally who forced me to resign the job without any reason his Name is Sumit Jaiswal, and Dr Ayesha who is senior when resigned the mail goes to her RSM and her even she also dint asked me that why am resigned, so guys my suggestions is not to work with Apollo tele health Infinite optical stores, worst management, so pls be careful from this Apollo tele health corporate office employees specially from seniors u never knows when they will kick out job is not secure. Trust me guys they asked me to work on Sundays also were the stores in hospitals most of the doctors employees have holiday no patients will also come to make them to buy, they don't even on Sunday it's difficult to get the business, And Dr Ayesha is very rude and strict while interview u can see only one time smile after that ull forget to see ur self smile.
