Having worked directly with CMO and DGM Marketing in my first job itself for about 10 months was more than gaining 2-3years of on ground learning experience. The superiors are easily approachable and will definitely give you time. Complete ownership of projects was the epotome of successful strategy which was imbibed in me after joining 3 months.

Dislikes

Not recognizing the person's hard work and not paying off for the same for his/her achievements on goals. No effective team building or engagement strategies are there which a modern corporate world requires.

Work Details

My journey was full of learning and achievements. I had chance to work directly with CMO, DGM Marketing and Operations and partially with COO from gime to time. I was among the first in Management Trainees to get projects and successfully completing them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
