It's good going, I'm happy to be a part of this organization, i got a chance to travel northern most part of india Jammu&kashmir.another point is my colleagues are from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily.

You will get to learn a lot of things. You will be involved in multiple projects as they want everyone to know about all the projects so that they can pitch in when required

No work life balance. The management calls you anytime to assign work be it late in the night or as early as 6:00 am in the morning. They make you work during the weekends with no extra pay. There is a constant salary delay of 3-4 months for last 3 years. No appraisals. If you want the salary to be paid on time, they will ask you toleave. Full of internal politics.
