No work life balance. The management calls you anytime to assign work be it late in the night or as early as 6:00 am in the morning. They make you work during the weekends with no extra pay. There is a constant salary delay of 3-4 months for last 3 years. No appraisals. If you want the salary to be paid on time, they will ask you toleave. Full of internal politics. Yes, I am working here since last 5 Yrs, and I think that Apollo Medskills is a Great Company Which provides us all the facilities which an employee required.

Dislikes

Only one i.e.,if Apollo Medskills Ltd. will work on placement of their Trainees then nobody can challenge us.

I am working here as a MIS Head now. I joined on 19th July 2016 as a District Coordinator in Bihar Sharif and then Promoted as MIS Head cum Post Placement Coordinator in Patna.
