It has a good orthopaedic team doing all variety of cases. Ideal place to learn your initial skills in subspecialty like Arthroplasty , Arthroscopy, Paediatric Orthopaedics

Dislikes

The HR team is pathetic, you don't get paid for the work you do. Need to put in extra hours of work with no renumeration. No fixed protocols for promotion. Your hard work doesn't guarantee growth

Initial 3 years was good in terms of surgical exposure but pay is always a problem. There is no financial and professional growth. I am due for Associate Consultant post since 5 months but they have refused to promote although my work is impressive

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
