Its a reputed hospital, people trust and come from all over the country's for treatment. I feel privileged to work here.

I am a Bsc Nurse, always scored good in every activity in hospital. Every one recommend me staff as well as the patients being good in every activity the Salary, Incentives, Diwali bonus given to me all is very less as compared to work load. I leave my residence at 6.30 am to reach hospital on 8am duty conveyance is also not given. Hiring a cab or an auto is too expensive for me according to my salary. Bad environment to work. Permanent staff are here kings and queens. They makes us do all types of work. No respect for contract workers. Huge difference in salary for contract and permanent staff. One of main dislike is one permanent staff laughed at me thinking like I am poor pitty fellow. With outstanding management supportive behaviour of co-workers is great.During this pendemic company is taking fully responsibilty of their employee's health and providing essential things i.e suplimentary nutrition,ppe,special health check up units etc

Dislikes

The negative aspect is more work load less pay scale and nothing for extra hours.The resignation notice period is also very long it should be only 1 month rather than 3 months.

They supported financially well in this pandamic crisis, other centers does not do any cases but our team chief did every day surgery, i like work in apollo hospital.

Dislikes

Dictors does not give proper op treatment for staffs, they thought staffs comes for treatment without pay, some doctors didnt see staffs in opd .
