Marketing Executive department (Apollo Pharmacy)- Toxic working culture and environment. Unsupportive manager and bad politics, management is not transparent. No cafeteria - eat where you work. Company policy is not stable it changes any time , THEY CAN CHANGE SALARY STRUCTURE ANY TIME WITHOUT EMPLOYEE CONSENT. There are no marketing activities inly sales work. Unsupportive management & HR Rude and visionless managers No growth, no appreciation. On job training not provided. Lot of Expectation from employee but no help. Employee treated as 3rd class people. Employee can be sacked anytime. The management do not value the salary agreement, it can be changed anytime. No promotions and growth.

Good food. Good patients and bystanders . I worked here for the patients.

Dislikes

Bad environment to work. Permanent staff are here kings and queens. They makes us do all types of work. No respect for contract workers. Huge difference in salary for contract and permanent staff. One of main dislike is one permanent staff laughed at me thinking like I am poor pitty fellow. Permanent staff are terrible and thinking themselves that without them hospital will not run.
