Highly qualified candidates are not given the opportunity to work as well as work credit is being snatched by the seniors health care workers and the juniors are not respected professionally. The hospital is understaffed in every department from helper staff to doctors, and in the wards every responsibility and call goes to ward doctor instead of communicating directly to team. Be very aware if working as a ward doctor all one is doing is running arround here and there.
