The HR doesn't even have any clue, they are tongue tied and act upon as per the unit head's order, if not then their jobis at threat. Employees who have given 10-15 years of their life when they were young ,in setting up the organisation. The hospital in return layed them off without any justification. Worst ever leadership and management. Very much toxic environment since 2022 in Apollo, Bhubaneswar. Bullying and harrasment is a common practice in the hospital.
