I got to learn about different drug formulations. Right way of dispensing, what is patient rights and responsibilities, fire safety, how to handle double lock, storage and lableling of LASA and Narcotic drugs and much more.

Dislikes

They dont have any proper training sessions. Few pharmacist who started working prior to are not that co operative and lack may lack manners. Groupism among few seniours, makes environment toxic. cafeteria sitting area not that clean, but food is affordable and good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
