Nothing is good....the operation manager is very arrogant behaviour he don't know about the company policy and operations, he knows only give the warning latter's and termination letters to the employees. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
