This is the best place to balance work and life.Company has always some new agenda for their employee to be mentally satisfied and to make them feel noticed and cared.

Sometimes few of the Head managers try to make the work culture like school,insists subordinates to work as their hard and fast rule which is not at all vision of the company.Company receives all job done but the employees become suffocated to satisfy manager's personal ego.
