Good work enviroment and culture.Company Policies are good ,appraisals are fair they give good salary.

Dislikes

Thereis alot of politics and the management does not addressour issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite intersting! I sstruggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped me geta tast of different roles within the same team.

It has been one month notice period complete since I left the job but the salary has not yet been met. Work load is always overloaded because management send you that place where employee short in shortly multi tasking as well as company not give you split charges and not pay overtime .growth is slow

generally duty of a radiographer duty is 7 hours per day...but our duty hours is 10 hours . we all know radiation is harmful for us..so i expect management look into this matter .... love to helping people every single day..
