1. There r no salary hikes even after working for 1yr as a doctor and if at all any one ask they tell it’s not there in the agreement , felt so disappointed as a doctor I go for home visits even after they asked to work for COVID conditions also I did but they disappointed me completely in this issue. 2. nothing at all, its the worst

dentists are treated worse, no increment,no hike event though working for more than 4years, they dont event settle the salary after leaving, we have to call them multiple times and they dont respond. very unhealthy, worst place ever to work. no health benefits
