Everything. This is the worst organization to work for. The company has never given salaries on time. the bonus's were delayed for 6 months. at any given point there is a 2 month salary gap. the HR is only namesake. All of them inexperienced. There are no SOP's or company policies in place. they keep changing for person to person. My fnf settlement has been due its been over and above 45 days i left the organization. there has been no communication from HR. I was told that the company has fund issues. they havent even paid electricity bills on time. the guys were almost about to cut their power supply for non payment of dues. they havent even bothered to provide my experience letters....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
