I like how it's not a company and a saas bahu sazish episodes 8-12 (9 to 5).
Everybody is just gossiping.
They are hire low level saste folks and then claim /make statements like we are doing so good.
I liked how the CEO is open to say on record that she is an angry manager, but little does she know
I like how they are lost in their own world of fantasy.
Dislikes
No work life balance.
Sat-sun off for data/product/engineering is nothing but a hoax. You are expected all the time.
Appraisal numbers are inbetween 2% to maximum 7%
Policies are not as per compliance. (Anyone can go to labour court with the policy and for sure they'll win
Leadership review-
All of them claim to be co-founder eventhough they are not.
Ceo - Unstructured, disrespectful, in general not a very good startup idea, not open to change, micro manager, doesn't have a clue/processes about the departments she is handling, egoistic (don't know why, aise startups Roz khulte and band hote hai)
COO- Doesn't have a say in anything.
CTO- Quite humble
XYZ- He graduated in hotel management and is handling finance and there own brands. ( His team is not even capable of creating the own brand names even unique, and God only knows what he is doing.
Embezzlement of money is happening in a very micro level way that no one would be able to track (he is has his left and right hands for that)...Read More
