Management is very supportive if you have will to achieve , support and assistance will be given,superiors are really nice they will guide you at every step , probably the only NBFC where sales and credit work so closely yet maintaining it's individuality .If you don't know you will be taught , when you make mistakes you will be given opportunity to improve.Work culture is amazing everyone here is very happy in their personal life because of the work life balance , there are no issues with leave sanction which is big time trouble in several companies especially manager approval .There are departments with no HOD sitting on top of your ,because culture is such that people do their jobs responsibly , No time sheets.sales team has huge flexibility and autonomy to executive their task ....Read More
