There is huge gap in terms of salary between people doing the same job. Managers are not approachable. Forget the associates, managers are themselves running behind getting promoted. HR Toh u don’t even see them most of the times in office but want all other to work from office. They think ppl will like company if they keep chocalate peanut butter free in the cafeteria.

As per manager you are not allow to ask for any update to your team mate. You should ask your manager. And when you do so then they will rpl, " I had informed you na this and that how Many time" also they will not teach you and ask you to figure it out and when uh make mistakes then they will catch you. Yes but the other hand not all manager are same, some talk to you like a frnd and some come up to you as position.
